What, he’s suggestint Congress know something about it’s money? Nonsense. Everyone knows the Fed has to work in complete secrecy and autonomy. Next they are going to suggest printing money like it says in the Constitution. They may even do it without David Rockefellars permission. No, I’m sorry. You can’t have Congress interfering with how investment banks are running the government. That’s outrageous.
All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives.
