I have to get one of these balls. I think they would work for me since I have a bad back and any tool or equipment helps motivate. Looks like a fun toy! I hate crunches but I have to try to do something…I am getting chubby!

@USGS4L do u hav like 10 pack abs lol??? why not try doing lots of different core exercises, rather than crunches? what about obliques?? they need to be trained more than ur abdominal muscles..
