it seems good i like the last one, thts the only i feel the burn in my butt.

I think these are all great. They are easy to do at home and simple to follow. I do agree with jocelynmuch, the music is not something I would have chosen, but I think once I do it a few more times and get the routine in order, I can play my own music.

like the workout except music is a little unmotivating. you are clear in your instruction which is great too. Is there any more difficult butt workouts that you do? I want a workout that kicks my ass!

This is great. I cannot find time to exercise outside of the house and your videos are quick, easy to follow and work. Just did the butt video and my ass hurts (a good sign!) I plan to string along a few at a time to get at least a daily 20min workout. Please continue to post. Will definitely tell friends. Thanks.
