This band is amazingly simple and more effective than most running/weight
routines. It sculpts arms, back and abs with a simple and fast routine.
Spend as little as 15-20 minutes a day and notice results in as little
as 4 days. Very strong resistence for female curls, arm lifts, lat and pec sculpting. I love it and wish I had found it years ago. It will do wonders for your abs without much effort! Rating: 5 / 5

This seems to be the exact same band as the Everlast Pilates Fitness Band which is $3. cheaper and a different yellow. Anyway, I really like this band. It is very easy to grip and I find there is a small element of fun in using it. Much safer than my dumbbell set that never gets used. This band seems very sturdy and well put together. Good quality. Buy this or the Everlast one. Rating: 5 / 5

Bally Total Fitness Pilates Fitness Band
This band has all the exercises printed on it. No searching for a booklet, and stopping to take a look at it. I have had one of these for 5 years. I bought an extra back-up one, thinking the first would wear our after a couple of years, but it is still going strong. Use it for arms and legs to build strength. Very easy, very comfortable alternative to weights. Rating: 5 / 5
