@snsdlovetaeyeon if you do isolation muscle training thats good for training different muslces. what i mean by “spot training” is those exercises that say you’ll lose your whole wasit if you do abs all the time w/o cardio. you need cardio and you’ll see results in ur waist but you cant only do abs and try to spot train your abs–that wont work. isolation muscle building is a little different than that

im 15 and i want to lose weight so i started running and i plan on running three to four times a week! i also dance and figure skating so im good with a lot of cardio and i also use my wii fit!

I just decided to try the first 10 minutes and it was really difficult! Especially the split jumping lunges! I’ll try to work up to doing 30 minutes though
