to controlling the best diet is eat a whole wheat bread with low fat cream cheese for breakfast.a turkey breast sandwich with lettuce and lowfat mayo.for dinner a salad with lettuce,carrots,etc and a chicken breast with ranch dressing.and 2 snack pear day like lots of almonds or a granola bar.and do simple exercises like the five exercises for abs with tammy in youtube.trust me this diet and exercise work<3:-)

I know this is very late, but my favorite snack food is cut up cucumbers and jicama with lemon juice. Love!

@Evange how am i bulimic? im just sayin dat is a lot of food probably way more than 1000 calories or even 1400 calories
if ur serious about weight loss eat around 1000 calories and do fuk loadsda excercise

To answer your annotated question: Bananas, oatmeal, watermelon, and all natural peanutbutter are probably my top favorite foods ever- and they’re healthy!

ive completely fallen off the bandwagon for the past week
i gained 3 pounds and i cannot control my sweet tooth!
i pigged out just now on about 700 calories worth of peanuts and chocolate trail mix
i feel horrible. psychologically.

@sexyjgirrr yes i wondered the same… since ive heard its very important to have a portion of carbs n a portion of protein with veggiesof course after working out, not simply a salad…but well if this works…

your weight loss diet sounds a lot like mine. i love oatmeal, fiber, and all that in the morning, apples and bananas for snack and salad with raisins and honey drizzled. i can’t really say i’m a vegan since i do eat mercury-free, wild caught Alaskan white fish sometimes.. but i try to avoid dairy, egg, and meat for the most part. love your videos!

oatmeal is really good because it makes you feel less hungry during the day… i’ve some videos with tips to people, check me out =)
