Injured Cacau ruled out of England match Germany forward Cacau has been ruled out of Sunday’s second-round match against England at the World Cup, and midfielder Bastian Schweinsteiger and defender Jerome Boateng face late fitness tests. Cacau pulled an abdominal muscle during the team’s final training at its base outside Pretoria. The German squad arrived Saturday in Bloemfontein and practiced at a local university ground.
