The problem with this work out is there is no Back exercises, and it will cause postural problems. This may be a “good work out” but is likely to cause postural problems over time!

People, don’t listen to this clip.
1. Those are not advanced pushups, it’s pushups for those who can’t do a pushup to train oneself to be able to do normal pushups.
2. Running down stairs / Going down stairs is never good due to the pressure it puts on ones knees.
Those in that movie don’t know anything, so I suggest NOT to listen to what they say at all. They just want your money.

In that case, I have a few more for you.
Is it more or less difficult to bring the knee to the opposite elbow when doing the tummy tucks? Also, what specific moves would you do to warm up for this routine?
