Oh geez. Just look up videos on how to make gym equipment. Like a dip staion. I made one yesterday for under 20 bucks from PVC pipe. It held over 200 lbs.

0:37 Disagreed. A little education about body weight exercises will show you how much you can do without weights, without getting bored. But I guess for beginners, it might take some basic equipment to keep the interest going.

It’s to easy to cheat on the ball. Your body will use the bounce in the ball naturally without you noticing. It’s better to use a bench that doesn’t have any give. The next time you do something like flys on the ball pay attention and see if you are using the bounce in the ball to help with the fly.

i much prefer to workout at home no distractions or having to wait for equipment.I can have my music as loud as i want .PLus i dont have to worry about getting dirty looks from yelling on a heavy set.

working out at hoe is more relaxing, at the gym you worry more about how you look allthough i think that good because that makes you workout more to try and get that look you want

i don’t like to go to gyms because it’s time consuming and i can do it at home. all i need are:
1 barbell
2 mat if u have tiles at home

I have and sell Bodycraft and Body Solid Home Gyms. My Express Pro is the Shit! It is harder to workout by yourself, self motivation, is the key for sure.
