what is the best fitness center or gym for me to join?

I am overweight and want to join a fitness center or gym to lose weight but I am kinda embarrassed to join but I am going to anyway what is the best gym bally total fitness,or la fitness and if anyone has any other suggestions please also do you know if any gym or fitness center have pools thanks.

    10 fitness. I don’t know if you have one there.Tons of equipment. 10 bucks a month
