    @JcfcMan Actually the orb was made in under 1minute, it took about 2minutes for him/her to adjust the hue/saturation and so on, but took under 1 minute to do the orb.

    Select the layer with the orb, then go to Edit > Transform. Or hit Ctrl + T on your keyboard. Hope it helps!
